Bacon and Egg cups!

Simple Easy Bacon an Egg cup recipe. Perfect Keto way to start your day!
Ingredients:
Eggs- 6
Bacon- 3 strips
Roma Tomato- 2
Optional:
Cooking spray or coconut oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Prep time: 15 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Step one:
Fry your bacon and pre heat over to 350 degrees. When your bacon is done chop it into bite size pieces.
Tip: Cook your bacon they way you like it. It will stay as crunchy or soft for the remainder of the recipe
Step Two:
While bacon is cooking scramble your eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste
Step Three:
Dice your tomatoes into small or big slices. I love tomatoes so sometimes I leave mine a little bit bigger.
Step Four:
Grease your cupcake tin with either cooking spray or coconut oil. I tend to use coconut oil as it helps with my fat count for the day and gives it a bit of sweetness which I like.
Step Five:
Pour your beaten eggs into the cupcake tin followed by the bacon and tomatoes. Now place the tin into the oven and cook for 15 min or until firm. That's it!
So simple and yet such a great way to start off your day on the right track!
Also these can be made ahead of time for a great grab on the go snack!
